How most operations run today

One shipment, five places to look.

  • Bookings in a spreadsheetAWB numbers handed out from a list nobody fully trusts.
  • Measurements on paperThe warehouse counts 18 pieces, the booking says 20, and the office hears about it from the airline.
  • Tracking by refreshSomeone opens the carrier's website every hour to see whether the flight left.
  • Documents typed twiceThe master AWB, pallet tags and manifest, retyped from the same numbers.
  • Customers on the phone“Where is my cargo?” Asked by email, answered by hand.
How Frateo changes that

From booking to delivered, in one record.

Each step picks up what the last one recorded, so every figure is entered only once.

Bookings & AWB stock

Book against your own AWB stock.

Issue house AWB numbers in ranges, give each customer their own, and book against them. Every number is used once, and you can see which ones are still free.

  • Stock per customer, used and free at a glance
  • Shipper, consignee and agent from your address book
  • Pieces, weights and dimensions in kg or lb, per person
Warehouse receipts

Measure on arrival. Hear right away when it differs.

The warehouse records each pallet or piece as it comes in: count, weight and dimensions. Frateo compares the receipt with the booking and alerts the person who owns the shipment when the pieces or the weight don't match.

  • Volumetric weight from the measured lines
  • Receipt PDF and email to your customer, in pounds and kilograms
  • A warning when a figure can't be right, before it reaches the master AWB
ULD build-up

Build the ULDs on screen, print the tags.

Place each AWB on its ULD by the last four digits of the number. Frateo counts the pieces, stops you before anything is left behind, and opens the pallet tags when you confirm the flight.

  • One AWB split across several ULDs
  • Confirm stays locked until every piece is placed
  • Labels with barcodes for thermal printers
Flight tracking

Flights that update themselves.

Where the carrier publishes milestones, Frateo reads them and moves the flight and every booking on it forward: departed, arrived, delivered. Your team stops refreshing airline websites.

  • Actual departure and arrival times from the carrier's own events
  • Every automatic change written to the activity log
  • Offloaded cargo comes off the flight with a reason and goes back on the warehouse list
Documents

The master AWB, issued from the system.

House AWBs and the master AWB are printed on the IATA form from the data you already entered. The master declares the weight the warehouse measured. Every issued version is kept, and each flight shows which documents it still needs.

  • Pallet tags and ULD labels from the same data
  • Re-issue with a reason, earlier versions kept
  • Document checklist per flight
Customer portal

Your customers check for themselves.

Give each customer a login. They see their own shipments, what arrived at your warehouse, the ULDs their cargo flies on and their AWB stock. Never anyone else's.

  • In English and Spanish
  • Warehouse receipts to download
  • Public tracking page by AWB number
